This is the license included in the Spreadsheet to Web App download. In short: make as many apps as you like for your own business, plus one app for a client or one you sell. Don't resell or share the kit itself.

AI CREATORS WORKSHOP — STANDARD PRODUCT LICENSE

This is a legal agreement ("License") between Mike Haslam, an individual
("Licensor," "I," "me"), and the individual or entity that has obtained a
copy of Spreadsheet to App (the "Software") through a purchase, download, or
other authorized distribution ("Licensee," "You"). By downloading,
installing, copying, or using the Software, You agree to be bound by the
terms of this License. If You do not agree to these terms, do not download,
install, or use the Software.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 "Software" means the Spreadsheet to App source code, files, assets,
    and accompanying documentation provided to You, together with any
    updates or modified versions Licensor may make available.

1.2 "Own-Use App" means an app built with the Software, in original or
    modified form, that You use in Your own business and do not sell,
    license, or charge anyone else to access.

1.3 "End Product" means a single, distinct website, web application, or
    software product built using the Software, in original or modified
    form, as its foundation, that You build for a single client
    engagement, or that You sell, license, or charge others to access.

1.4 "License Fee" means the amount paid to Licensor, or to an authorized
    reseller of Licensor, in exchange for this License.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to full payment of the applicable License Fee and Your continued
compliance with this License, Licensor grants You a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

  (a) download, install, and modify the Software;

  (b) use the Software, in original or modified form, to build and use
      any number of Own-Use Apps;

  (c) use the Software, in original or modified form, as the basis for
      ONE (1) End Product; and

  (d) deploy, operate, and commercially exploit that single End Product,
      including charging Your own customers or users for access to it
      (e.g., subscriptions, one-time fees, service fees, or other
      monetization), PROVIDED THAT the End Product is a distinct product
      or service of Yours and not a repackaging, resale, or redistribution
      of the Software itself.

Each purchased License covers any number of Own-Use Apps and exactly
one End Product. Building or operating additional, separate End
Products requires purchasing an additional License for each one.

3. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT, under any circumstances:

  (a) sell, resell, license, sublicense, rent, lease, share, or otherwise
      distribute the Software, in whole or in part, in original or
      modified form, as a standalone product, template, starter kit,
      boilerplate, or codebase — whether for free or for compensation;

  (b) use the Software to create a product or service that is
      substantially similar in purpose to the Software itself (i.e., a
      competing template, starter kit, or boilerplate) and offer that
      product or service for sale, license, or distribution to third
      parties;

  (c) use a single License to build or operate more than one End Product;

  (d) remove, obscure, or alter this License or any copyright or
      attribution notices embedded in the Software;

  (e) represent that You created, authored, or own the underlying
      Software, framework, or template;

  (f) transfer, assign, share, or sublicense Your License to any other
      person or entity without Licensor's prior written consent; or

  (g) use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any
      applicable law or regulation.

4. OWNERSHIP

The Software, including all source code, structure, design, and
underlying intellectual property, is and remains the sole and exclusive
property of Licensor. This License grants You a right to use the
Software as described in Section 2; it does not transfer any ownership
interest in the Software to You. You retain ownership of the original
content, branding, data, and custom code You add to Your Own-Use Apps and End Product,
excluding any portion derived from the Software.

5. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

The Software may include, reference, or depend on third-party services,
libraries, frameworks, or components (including but not limited to
Firebase, Stripe, Google APIs, and open-source packages), each of which
is licensed separately by its respective owner and is subject to that
owner's own terms. Licensor makes no representations or warranties
regarding any third-party component and is not responsible for its
availability, changes, discontinuation, pricing, or performance.

6. NO WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF
ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE,
AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LICENSOR HAS BUILT THE SOFTWARE TO THE BEST OF
LICENSOR'S ABILITY AND KNOWLEDGE, BUT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE
WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FIT FOR YOUR PARTICULAR USE
CASE. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ARISING FROM YOUR DOWNLOAD, INSTALLATION,
MODIFICATION, DEPLOYMENT, AND USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ANY RELIANCE
ON IT FOR YOUR BUSINESS, DATA, OR REVENUE.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE
LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR
PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS
OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS LICENSE OR YOUR USE OF THE
SOFTWARE, EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES. LICENSOR'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED
TO THIS LICENSE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT
EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THIS LICENSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS
DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF
THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Licensor from and
against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including
reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Your use,
modification, or deployment of the Software; (b) Your Own-Use Apps or End Product,
including any claim brought by Your customers, users, or any third
party; or (c) Your breach of this License.

9. TERM AND TERMINATION

This License is effective upon Your purchase and continues until
terminated. It terminates automatically, without notice, if You breach
any term of this License — including any unauthorized resale or
redistribution of the Software. Upon termination, You must immediately
cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in Your possession
or control. Your Own-Use Apps and End Product, once built, may continue to operate,
but You may not use the Software to build, update, or maintain them or
any further copies after termination. Sections 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, and 11
survive termination.

10. SUPPORT AND UPDATES

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, the Software is provided
without any ongoing obligation of support, maintenance, updates, or bug
fixes. Any support, updates, or future versions Licensor chooses to
provide are offered at Licensor's sole discretion and may be modified,
limited, or discontinued at any time without liability to You.

11. GOVERNING LAW; DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This License is governed by the laws of the State of California, without
regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or
relating to this License or the Software shall be brought exclusively in
the state or federal courts located in California, and You irrevocably
consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

12. GENERAL PROVISIONS

12.1 Entire Agreement — This License constitutes the entire agreement
     between You and Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes all
     prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or
     communications, whether written or oral.

12.2 Severability — If any provision of this License is held
     unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum
     extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining
     provisions will remain in full force and effect.

12.3 No Waiver — Licensor's failure to enforce any provision of this
     License is not a waiver of that provision or of any other
     provision.

12.4 Assignment — You may not assign or transfer this License, by
     operation of law or otherwise, without Licensor's prior written
     consent. Licensor may assign this License at any time without
     notice to You.

12.5 Relationship of the Parties — Nothing in this License creates a
     partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship
     between You and Licensor.

13. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT
YOU HAVE READ THIS LICENSE, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS
TERMS.
